You may have heard that ACES Systems recently dissolved our relationship with our sales representative, Aerotecs, located in Belgium. As a benefit to our customers, Aerotecs was also an authorized service center that handled repairs and calibrations for products like the Model 2020HR, Model 4040, Model 1725B, Viper II, and Cobra II analyzers.
We realize that since this authorized service center is no longer available, this is an inconvenience to our customers.
In turn, we are offering a complimentary 2-Business day expedite process to service your ACES analyzers when shipping from Europe to our factory in Knoxville, Tennessee, USA.
The cost of the service and all fees, taxes, and tariffs will remain the responsibility of the customer, but we hope that you will find significantly reducing downtime to be beneficial. We will be running this promotion for 6 months from today, or until we are able to partner with a new authorized service center located in Europe.
