Two-Factor Authentication

In an effort to ensure better security for our clients and ourselves, we have added an extra layer of protection by implementing two-factor authentication, also commonly referred to as 2FA. What that means for you is that the next time (or the first time) you attempt to log in to the Technical Library or anywhere on our site that requires a login, you will be asked to authenticate your login via email. Simply follow the prompts on your screen and once you have completed the 2FA process, you will not be asked to authenticate yourself again.

We realize this extra step may be inconvenient for you, but we are confident that the extra security provided by 2FA will be worth the minor inconvenience it requires.
