Product Support Team Continues to Grow

ACES Systems welcomes John Kandel and Josh Shively to the Product Support team

ACES Systems recently welcomed both John Kandel and Josh Shively aboard the aviation product support team in Knoxville.  Their primary duties are providing product support, technical assistance, and training for ACES Systems customers.

John Kandel has a B.S. in Aviation Technology from Moody Aviation.  He has worked in general and commercial aviation for the past 23 years, mostly as the Director of Maintenance for Scenic Helicopter Tours in Sevierville, TN.  He has experience working as an A&P mechanic, a private pilot, and a commercial helicopter pilot.  John is originally from the west coast, but moved to Tennessee to attend university.  John loves spending time with his family, including four boys, on the lake with their boat and jet skis.

Josh Shively is an A&P with an A.A.S. in Aviation Technology from North Central Institute.  He has worked in the aviation industry for the past 15 years, most recently as the Lead RII Inspector for Premier Aviation in Rome, NY.  He has experience working as an instructor, a heavy maintainence mechanic, NDT in ET, and a lead inspector.  Josh enjoys spending time with his family, including two daughters and watching his favorite college football team, The University of Tennessee Volunteers, every Saturday in the fall.
