How do you determine if your unot has the EPS Upgrade?
Hi John! Thank you for question. Note that the EPS upgrade only pertains to the Model 2020. You can check by selecting Miscellaneous Items, then selecting Show Welcome Screen. If you see the word “TURBO” below the Model Identifier, you have the EPS upgrade.
You can also check on the Propeller Balance Setup Screen. If you see the option for “Holes: YES or NO”, you have the EPS upgrade. If not let us know and we can explore the options.
Hello there, I currently have the model 2020HR Turbo Aces system. Recently I noticed I now longer have the “Holes: YES or NO” option during a prop balance. The machine will only give me the option of balance weights and degrees. Knowing that I have the EPS upgrade, how can I fix the settings or the software to make Holes show up?

This is Josh with ACES Systems Product Support. I’d be happy to help you. Most likely there is an issue with the license code for the EPS upgrade. Please provide your analyzer serial number to support@acessystems.com. Once the license option is confirmed in our system, I can email you a new license code and have you back up and running.
