Model 2020 ProBalancer Analyzer | ||||
| ON/OFF with Strobe Connected | |||||

If the ACES Systems' Model 2020 ProBalancer Analyzer is connected to ship's  power (28V DC) via the
strobe power cable, the power to the analyzer cannot be turned off. The 28V power goes
directly to the main board and the battery charging circuit. Pressing the
"ON/OFF" or "MAIN MENU" keys will not turn power off but may actually
induce an unexpected interrupt to the analyzer which will cause it to stop functioning
properly. It must then be reset. To reset the analyzer, disconnect the 28V power cable. If
the screen has any display, turn power off by pressing the ON/OFF key. With power off,
press and hold the "5" key while turning the power ON. When the screen display
comes on, release the "5" key. The analyzer should then operate normally.
