We were able to adapt and utilize
the superior data acquisition capabilities of the Model 2020 ProBalancer Analyzer, and
greatly reduce the vibration levels throughout the complete rotor(s) / rotor(s) drive
system on one particular aircraft in our fleet [UH12E/Soloy] which we had not previously
had much success on using our old 177M/Strobex balancer. The vibration/spectra analysis
feature was particularly helpful in pinpointing the problem area to get the job done. |
