Texas Skyways, Inc. purchased our first ACES Systems' Model 1000 ProBalancer several years ago. Later we purchased a second Model 1000 and when the new Model 2020 ProBalancer Analyzer became available, we purchased one of those.

We like the ACES Systems' equipment because it is very easy to hook up and use. In fact, we take all the readings in flight. This lets us feel exactly what our customer is going to feel when they fly their airplane.

The Model 2020 gives more information than just propeller vibration. The Model 2020 gives vibration levels of the camshaft, alternator, and propeller. It will also detect a weak or unbalanced cylinder and give al of this information on a printout for our customers to see.

Flying with the ACES Systems' equipment is far better and safer than standing in front of a running engine holding a strobe light while checking for unbalance. We wouldn't think of running a new engine on the ground at cruise power to balance the prop.
