Thank you for presenting the ACES Systems Model 2020 ProBalancer Analyzer to my staff and me. To say that we were all impressed with the system in terms of ease of operation, accuracy, efficiency and saving time, is an understatement.

Last year at this time, using another system, it took over 20 cycles and two days to track and balance our MD500D. Even then we were not completely satisfied with the results and the pilot complained of stick shake.

Since purchasing the Model 2020, we have properly balanced our MD500D in 5 cycles, and it took less than one day. The MD500D can be one of the most difficult rotorcraft to track and balance. The pilot of the aircraft has reported extremely smooth operation at all airspeeds. With the Model 2020 ProBalancer Analyzer, we reduced downtime, cycles, and man hours.
