The Nebraska State Patrol recently purchased an ACES Model 2020 ProBalancer Analyzer to balance the rotor system of our 1979 Bell JetRanger 206B3. We have used several other systems with the results within Bell specifications and what Bell said was normal for that age of ship. Using the ACES Systems ProBalancer Analyzer, our mechanic was able to balance it to the following: .05 vertical, .01 lateral, .00 track.

This was accomplished with one-third of the test flights that other systems required to obtain their best results. Certainly, this is the smoothest this helicopter has ever been, even since new!
