I use my Model 2020 ProBalancer for maintaining a smooth-operating AStar helicopter. The balancing and tracking jobs are quick and easy to do and provide good results.

I also operate a Citation SII and Challenger 601 jet. The pilot flying the Citation noticed a vibration he was unfamiliar with. We installed an accelerometer on the engine in question and, using the Model 2020 vibration survey, found a very high peak. Working with the data achieved we concluded the frequency of the vibration to be the starter generator bearing. We removed the suspected unit and found the defective bearing prior to failure. This was an unanticipated bonus of this equipment and paid for itself with this usage alone. Thanks for providing us with such a versatile tool.
