On Friday 12-17-99 we placed an order for the ACES Systems Model 1700 Analyzer Plus, with the necessary adapters and equipment for TFE731 and TPE331 vibration analysis. We were in urgent need of this equipment, and requested delivery on the next day (Saturday). The equipment was delivered Saturday with all the necessary equipment for TFE731 vibration survey, and the equipment is so easy to use that we figured out how to use the equipment and did successfully do the necessary job. We had been doing vibration surveys with the old ACES Systems 2110 equipment, which was certainly not easy to understand, not easy to set up, and not easy to use.

I'm very impressed with the new equipment and with the excellent service and support you provided in getting the equipment to us in a very timely manner. Thank you!
