In order to maintain the five-year warranty of the ACES equipment, annual calibration must be performed. Normal turn time for the calibration is five working days from the day we receive the unit, however we do offer an expedited service for a 25% increased fee that will guarantee the turn time in 48 hours from the time we receive the unit. The calibration fee covers the calibration of the meter, upgrades to procedure cards, firmware upgrades, inspection of the cables, sensors, phototach or lasetachs, but does not include ambient temp probes or pressure tranducers.

Repair

Any repair that falls outside of the five-year warranty, the customer will be contacted before the repair is performed for approval.
