when changing from 3-hole to 4-hole split." Could not repeat
the bug!
2. Fixed Survey serial number display.
3. Removed EXPERIMENTAL message.

VERSION 3.00, 10/28/1996
1. 1730/1725 format.

Global Settings.
2. Correct Demo Banner when survey exits from survey screen
if doing survey in Demo Mode.
3. Set min survey_baln rpm = 6600.0 (for TFE731 only).

VERSION 3.04, 01/18/1998
1. Set engine to IDLE (not Shutdown) for Vib survey during balance.
So no "Start Engine" is necessary in the 1st run of balance.
2. Allow to resume the run correctly when press RESET at the weight
entry screen.
3. Default to NO (re-enter weight) at the "Re-enter Weight Query
Screen" at 1st run if NO weight-split is allowed at the 1st run.
4. Added a logic to ensure the later runs is not affected by the
wrong initial weight placement due to the wrong initial ICFs,
and hence to ensure the engine can be balanced properly.
5. Disable the 2nd sensor location editing when only one sensor was
selected.

VERSION 3.05, 03/04/1998
1. Include the following as a sensor selection:
B&K 4382 with TEC 510-2 charge converter ("4382/510-2").
When -20, -40, or -60 model is FIRST selected, default the sensor
to "4382/510-2".
2. Change the appropriate equip. setup texts for -20, -40, or -60.
3. Remove the Overall display in DFT survey (before: shown when
acquisition is completed, but not shown in the review).

VERSION 3.20, 10/01/1998
1. New algorithms for Survey RPMs Auto Pickups.
2. Fully support Year 2000 format (no versions between v3.05 & v3.20).

memory is not enough.

VERSION 3.21, 10/20/1998
1. Change 4382-w/510-2 sensor combination from 20mv/ips to 200mv/ips.

VERSION 3.22, 11/01/1998
1. Redefine survey limits for 731-4 and 731-5B.
2. Fix bugs in survey limits drawing (existed in the cards which have both
(FFT and DFT surveys due to FFT using HANN win. & DFT using UNIFORM,
all other cards with FFT only should not have this bug).

VERSION 3.22, 11/08/1998
1. Change Survey with Tach to "Fan Vibration Survey", Survey with/out
Tach to "Engine Vibration Survey".
2. Add Option to global to set Sensor and disallow setting in Start Job.
Display global only.
3. Drop Beta. Default number of speeds is 1 for on wing. Default number
of sensors is 1 for on wing, 2 for test cell.

VERSION 3.23, 12/06/1998
1. Fix survey loosing job.

VERSION 3.24, 01/31/1999
1. Change TFE731's ATF3 class wts.

VERSION 3.25, 03/21/1999
1. New all combination ICF computation.
2. New weighted least square fit.
3. New error bar for acquisition.
4. User can define "On-Wing" or "Test-Cell", the vib limits will be
changed accordingly.
5. Survey spectra labeled as "TC" (test cell) or "OW" (on-wing).
6. Auto Acquire option.

VERSION 3.26, 05/10/1999
1. On the speed input screen that asks "User Entry" or "Engine Survey".
Change Engine Survey to "Fan Vib Survey". (should be in previous version).
2. During the Fan Survey, NOTE the max vibration and the speed at the
max vibration.
3. On the screens that ask for the sensor locations, the directions inputs
(CW, CCW) are unnecessary. We know this in the engine definition tables
(TFE731 are CW, ATF3 are CCW). So delete that.
4. *** Include the refined balance-rpm-auto-pick algorithms for
"Fan Survey" ***.

VERSION 3.27, 07/06/1999
1. Uses Varied Band Width balance, you can setup the
band width in the "Change Global Settings" menu. In the band
list, include "Normal " band setting. If you select
"Normal ", the balance is just like before (Normal band balance).
Default: 0.98 - 1.02
2. ATF3-6 default ICF = 10.5 @ 59.0 degrees, and ATF3-6A default
ICF = 8.2 @ 83.0 degrees (per AE data).

VERSION 3.28, 07/24/1999
1. Fixed possible bug in Varied Band Width balance due to the
interrupted Date-Time-Banner. Now, the balance acquisition
does NOT use the interrupted Date-Time-Banner.
2. Fixed a bug existing in the balance of "different sensors with
different rpms". Now, (1) If the two sensors have the same
user-entered rpms, then the procedure will NOT prompt rpm
checking for the 2nd sensor. (2) If the two sensors have different
user-entered rpms, then the procedure will prompt rpm
checking for both the 1st and 2nd sensor.

VERSION 3.29, 02/02/2000
1. Add message "... Mount Vibration Sensor at 12:00 ..." for TFE731-20
-40, and -60.

2. If weights entered is the recommended, default Re-Enter weights to NO.
3. Change message "...Affect Solution Much" to "Affect Solution."

VERSION 3.32, 05/25/2000
1. For TFE731 test cell survey, the fan limits (band from around 4000 rpm to
11000 rpm) is reduced to 0.12. The other portions of the alarm limit
remain unchanged (kept the same as on-wing's).

required by ATF3 (note: ATF3 already had up to 9 runs for
combined AE card before).

TFE731 VERSION 3.40
Note: New limits are for On-Wing Only, TestCell's are the same as before.
1. Change the limit line in the TFE731-20 vibe survey to reflect the
following limits:
(1)    0.15 IPS from 1200 to 11,668 RPM
(2)    0.70 IPS from 11,668 RPM through 60000 RPM
2. Remove the current model TFE731-40 and replace with two new models,
"TFE731- 40C" and "TFE731- 40G". Limit lines for each new model are
as follows:
(1)    TFE731-40C
(a)    0.15 IPS from 1200 to 11,668 RPM
