1. Initial version.
2. When review survey (in the "View/Print Survey" screen),
(1) Use up/down key to move to a speed (highlighted),
then press ENTER to view the spectrum. After the spectrum
    is displayed, you can press ENTER again to return without
    printing; or you can press PRINT key to print the viewed
    spectrum. Or
    (2) Use up/down key to move to "Print All", then press
    ENTER to print ALL the 8 spectra (5 pages including
    the survey info) if all 8 speeds have been done. If some
    speeds were not done, the screen labels them as "N/A" and
    will not print them, just print those labeled as "Done".
