(1) Added codes for retaking each speed if desired in each run.
(2) Deleted the original [Main Rotor Summary] and replaced by [Main Rotor Summary of Current Run] - similar to the resume screen.
(3) Changed the review screen format and some corresponding printing format (put solution and the corresponding installed weights under the same run index).
(4) Added some codes in "resume mode" to completely recover the "last step".
(5) Added codes for "Edit Chart" and printing "Chart Summary" for tail rotor.

Made Demo mode a global and added it to the tail rotor procedure. Added Ship ID to engine survey and related functions (view & print). Fixed bug in main rotor print where more than 6 runs printed but with wrong run header. Fixed bug in tail rotor job storage (so the stored record is updated via common function (used by main rotor) whenever data is taken or entered by the user.
