1. Add a fan vibe survey which auto picks best three speeds for Fan Balance, and an option to let user entry 1 to 3 speeds.
2. Add a new sensor selection "GIV". It will be a velocity sensor
with a sensitivity of 1000 mV/IPS.
3. Add "Engine Vib Survey" and "Fan Vib Survey" Menus & Functions.
 

VERSION 3.21, 06/19/2001

1. Change High/Low tooth selections as "None / High / Shifted / Low".  4 options for firmware version 2.06 or above. Default: None.
2. Remove "Beta" for version number.
