BMR700 VERSION 3.23, 08/19/2001 1. So far, we do NOT know the default ICF, so it is set to zero. This leads to the solution is zero. Therefore:
2. Set the trial weight as 31.0 Grams (class weigth index = 6) if the ICF/solution is zero.

1. Reversed the previous version's holes vs. degrees definition. Now it is:
Hole 1 = 0.0 degrees, hole 2 = 22.5 degrees, ..., hole 16 = 337.5 degrees.
