2. With all features of v1.0 plus:

1> Add Vib unit option: IPS, MILS, or G'S
2> Frequency: 0 - 120,000 rpm, warning if overlap.
3> Add "Change Spectral Units" in review menu
4> Add "Draw limit" option (Enter/Keep 0.0 if not draw - see prompt).
5> Fix old bugs, new stile.
