VERSION 1.00, 12/23/1996

1. With ability to review/print summary of all balance jobs for all sub-models (now only one sub-model in the procedure card).

VERSION 3.00

1. Support 1730/1725 meters. The others are the same as v1.00á.

VERSION 3.04, 10/16/1997

1. Use Least Square Method to calculate baln solution.

2. At first entry to main menu, set serial port baud to 9600.

VERSION 3.20, 12/09/1998

1. Fully support Year 2000 format (no versions between v3.04 & v3.20).

2. Add info screen "DO NOT INSTALL FLAT WASHER WITH WEIGHTS".

3. Maximum total trim weights for the fan is 45.5 grams, that is

max total soln weight is 34.00 gram (5 holes x 9.1 / hole ==> vector resultant weight = 34.00 gram).

4. Add info screen after giving class weight solution "TORQUE BOLT IAW (In Accordance With) MAINTENANCE MANUAL INSTRUCTIONS".

5. Set the sensitivity for the ON BOARD sensor as follows

a. Accelerometer.
b. Velocity from Acceleration.
c. 50 mV/g (Peak).
d. current: OFF.
e. naming as "ERJ ON BOARD".

6. Set the default MAXIMUM PERMISSIBLE IPS @ 0.5 IPS (Peak).

7. Fix possible surv loosing job.

8. Add one new set of class wt 23071354-(x) as default but with option for the old set 23054038-(x).

9. At "Balance Info" screen, you can select "#1-Left", "#2-Right", "#1 & #2", "3", or "4" Engine(s) for balance.

10.Influences are updated automatically for the selected engines. If used for 4 engines, the #1 & #3 are the left engines and #2 & #4 are the right side engines.

11.Move the ICF screen to Global & modify the ICF function as follows:

(a) Automatically use the latest ICF in memory if default is selected. The Global choice is "Default" or "Edit". The edit function, when chosen, is used on only that job and revert to the default mode on the next job.

(b) A single line in the "Balance Information" screen say "Influence From: Default or Edit" as appropriate.

12. At "Edit Influence Coe..." screen, you can view the latest updated (default) influences for both engines by pressing EXP key.

13.Sensor position is always 12:00 on either left engine or right engine. The tach position is a Global function but default to 9:00 FLA for the left (# 1) engine and 3:00 for the right (# 2) engine. Global has the option of the 12 hour clock position for tach.

14.If a tach position is changed for a given engine, the latest "default" and "edit" icfs are rotated accordingly so the icfs may be portable from one aircraft to another.

VERSION 3.21
1. Increase number of speeds to 9 (Global settings).
2. Increase number of sensors to 4 (Global settings).
3. Use 3 of 4 sensors for solution, which 3 sensors are selectable
(Global settings).
4. Use modified LeastSquare to minimize the max vib.
5. Show vib summary/warning for each sensor at & after 4th run.
6. Show warning if the unit is not able to meet the balance requirements.
7. Move sensor configuration to global (baln & survey).

VERSION 3.22
1. New all combination ICF computation.
2. New weighted least square fit.
3. New error bar for acquisition.
4. Auto advance to next sensor acquisition for multi sensors if auto
acq error > 0.0 (at least acq 20 data).
5. Add models: Model C and "Other".
6. Set Num of sensors & speeds for both models in Global.
7. The new balance wts subtracted by the washer wt (0.8 gram).

VERSION 3.23
1. Change one survey (DFT) to TWO surveys: "Engine Vib Survey" (FFT)
and "Fan Vib Survey" (DFT).
2. Engine survey rpm range = 0 - 18,000 rpm, Fan = 0 - 10,000 rpm
3. Change survey messages.

VERSION 3.24
1. Add an option to edit the current job's vib limits for each
sensor if vibRatio > 100% and if run >= 3 (after 2nd wts
installation) per:
"{If run == 3 (after second weight) if predicted solution is > 100%
of limit, Warn user balance not probable, and ask if they would
like to edit limits? If limits edited, use edited limits for
balance of this job only. If limits edited, recompute solution
with new limits and continue.}"

VERSION 3.25
1. Remove "Beta".
2. Change two trim weights per:
"Allison issued a correction to the manual which corrects the values of
two trim weights, the -4 and -5. The correct values for these two
weights is -4 = 7.6g and the -5 = 8.9g".

AE3007 VERSION 3.26
1. Sensor 6222S-20 = 20 MV/IPS
2. Sensor 6222S-50 = 50 MV/IPS
3. Sensor 6222S-100 = 100 MV/IPS
