ACES Systems signs agreement with AeroTecs nv (Belgium) to provide European Service, Calibration and Repair Facilities. See Release. ACES Systems Now Has Four Service Centers. ACES Systems has four service centers strategically located for global service and convenience. Australia - Asia, Europe, North America and South America. Rolls-Royce (Allison) approves ACES Systems "Blade Optimizer" feature of the Viper 4040 Analyzer for use on the AE3007 Engine. Rolls-Royce (Allison) has approved the use of ACES Systems Blade Optimizer feature in the Viper 4040 Analyzer for use on the AE3007 engine. What the optimizer does is eliminate the requirement for changing matched pairs of fan blades when only one is damaged beyond service. The Blade Optimizer function in the analyzer allows the user to remove only the damaged blade and enter the moment arm for the single replacement blade, plus the moment arm of all remaining blades on the disk and re-shuffle the entire set for optimization of weight moment distribution. This results in a balance condition which at time even eliminates the need for a follow-on fan trim balance after the blade replacement. The savings realized when using this feature result in the analyzer completely paying for itself in just over three uses. This savings does not reflect the economy of operation realized with the other functions of the versatile analyzer including Transient Vibration Surveys and Multi-plane Balance. The system is now in use by major operators of the Embraer ERJ135, 140 and 145 as well as the Cessna Citation X. New! The ACES Model
