The Model 1000 ProBalancer is ACES Systems' entry-level
analyzer, but its features are anything but entry-level. The Model 1000 performs single or dual-rotational plane propeller
balancing. The Model 1000's procedural-based functionality allows a technician to achieve optimum balance results with little or no previous training in the procedure. The Model 1000 computes balance location and weight, and automatically tests between runs for improvement in vibration level, saving wasted runs. Computing split weights is one of the Model 1000's most important features. When a single weight cannot be placed in the position the balance screen indicates, the Model 1000 recalculates the single weight into two "split" weights, again saving you time by making calculations for you. Once completed, balance jobs can be printed directly to an Epson FX or FX-compatible serial printer. Owner information is stored in internal memory and appears as a header on all balance job printouts. Specifications subject to change without notice. |
